The delivery time of the products will depend on their availability at the time of ordering.
The delivery of all our products is done through urgent transport agencies. The customer may check the status of their order through the website or through the customer service department.
The delivery time will be as follows:
- For orders placed before 12 noon the delivery time will be 24 hours.
- For orders placed after 12 noon the delivery time will be 48 hours.
For the delivery of the shipment, the Client agrees to be at the address indicated for delivery either by himself or by a person authorized by him.
In the event that none of these people are found at the indicated address or if delivery cannot be made due to erroneous data, the courier company in charge of shipping and delivery will contact the customer, according to the data that it has provided us, to set an alternative delivery date. In case the courier company cannot locate the client and proceed to deliver the order Alta Native S.L. You will NOT be responsible for your return or refund your amount.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the products. They will be shown at the end of the purchase and before the payment of the same.
Returns
Due to the nature of natural and perishable products, the client consents and agrees not to have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
As they are natural and perishable products, they are not allowed to be returned, in order to guarantee food safety and respect their traceability.
